01 / A SET FOR THE BOOKING.A set for the booking.
Milestone’s three reviewed bookings list five, seven and eight MYT-836L digital rental sets.
02 / RADIO RENTAL
Three bookings, three quantities, and a kit list for each one.
Milestone Production booked digital radios three times in the orders we reviewed: five sets in January, seven in June and eight in August. Each booking had its own dates and equipment description. For anyone arranging a radio rental, the useful lesson is simple: check the next booking on its own terms, even when you have hired the same model before.

Three bookings show how quantities, dates and accessories belong together. Then we turn that into a short brief you can use for your own hire.

MILESTONE PRODUCTION SDN BHD

The first booking lists five MYT-836L digital rental sets for 16 January–15 February 2026. The description includes batteries, clips, antennas, charging cups, adaptors and earpieces.
That detail matters at collection. “Five radios” is only part of the handover: the people using them also need the accessories agreed for that booking.
A charging cup without the agreed adaptor is not the same as a complete charging kit. Use the written accessory list when counting.
MILESTONE PRODUCTION SDN BHD

The June order lists seven MYT-836L sets for 27 June–1 August. Earpieces again appear alongside the batteries, clips, antennas and charging equipment.
The record does not name the event or explain the increase. It simply shows that the quantity was set again for a new period. A repeat customer does not necessarily need the previous quantity.
Plan for simultaneous users and any agreed spares. A repeat hire is a useful starting point, not a fixed quantity for the next booking.
MILESTONE PRODUCTION SDN BHD

The next order lists eight sets for 28 August–8 September. Batteries, clips, antennas, charging cups and adaptors are named; earpieces are not listed in this description. That is a reason to confirm the kit, not to assume the earlier list carries over.
The invoice also states “13 days”, which does not align with its written date range. We have kept the dates here without presenting a confirmed rental duration.
Confirm collection time, return time and how rental days are counted before accepting a duration or price.

For your own rental, give the supplier the number of people who need a radio at once, the collection and return times, the site, and any earpiece needs. Say whether this is a new team or whether the hire must work with equipment you already have.
At collection, count the radios and accessories together. Agree a return list before the kit leaves, so the person returning it knows exactly what to bring back.
Ask for a short demonstration of the agreed channels and accessories, and arrange any site-specific checks needed for the job.
Start with the people who need a radio at the same time, then agree any spares for the job. Milestone’s three bookings used five, seven and eight sets. Those quantities reflect separate orders; they are not a formula for an event of a particular size.
Ask for a written list covering the radio, battery, antenna, clip and charging equipment. Specify earpieces separately. All three reviewed bookings name the core kit, while January and June also name earpieces.
Use it as a starting point, then check the quantity, dates, accessories and site again. The same model was listed across these bookings, but the quantities changed and the accessory wording was not identical.
No. The invoices do not identify a venue or a coverage test. For your own hire, describe where calls must work and arrange suitable checks instead of assuming coverage from the model or quantity.
Write down the collection and return dates and times, and confirm the supplier’s charging period. In this August record, the stated day count differs from the written date range, so the duration needs confirmation.
Count each radio and its agreed accessories, try the required calls and earpieces, and keep a copy of the return list. Confirm who to contact if a set or accessory needs attention during the hire.
Based on OBOR KUASA customer invoices for January–August 2026. The August invoice says “13 days”, while its written date range gives a different count. The dates are reproduced here without making a duration claim. Practical checklists are suggestions for a similar enquiry. Generated visuals illustrate the topic.
