01 / Find the right route

A useful brief comes first.

Tell us about your users, location, equipment and dates. Those details help identify whether the next step is an equipment enquiry, rental discussion, service assessment or a closer look at coverage.

01

Equipment & accessories

Plan the radios, batteries, charging and audio accessories together. Include simultaneous users, work areas, shifts, call groups and existing models in your brief.

02

Radio rental

For temporary work, share dates, quantity, location, accessories and collection or return needs. Review the kit for each booking. Availability, equipment selection and booking terms need to be confirmed for your request.

03

Programming & configuration

Identify your models, quantities, current configuration and communication problem. Programming may help where settings need to be reviewed or aligned; it cannot remove a physical coverage obstruction.

02 / From brief to next step

Agree the scope.
Then the checks.

An equipment order and an engineered coverage project have different requirements. The process should match the work.

  1. 1. Describe the requirementShare the work, users, location and existing equipment.
  2. 2. Identify the service routeSeparate equipment, rental, support and coverage questions.
  3. 3. Confirm the scopeAgree the equipment or service, dependencies and arrangements before proceeding.
  4. 4. Define the checksAgree what needs to be checked at collection, return, service completion or system handover.

03 / Before you enquire

Useful questions.

Do I need a new radio package?

Not every enquiry requires new radios. Our published customer stories include rental, programming, repair and battery orders. Describe the requirement before deciding which route to take.

Does a model name establish usable coverage?

No. Buildings, terrain, interference, antenna positions and the locations of users all matter. Start with a site brief and consider an assessment where coverage is uncertain.

What should I send first?

Send the location, number of users, existing model references, required dates and the problem you need to address. A site plan and a list of difficult areas are useful for coverage enquiries.
